Training Policies

A culture of trust begins when educators feel safe to share ideas, ask questions, provide feedback, and learn from mistakes. This interactive training explores the importance of psychological safety in early childhood programs and how it strengthens communication, teamwork, and staff retention. Through reflection, discussion, and real-world scenarios, participants will examine trust-building behaviors, practice giving and receiving constructive feedback, and identify strategies to create a workplace where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute.
