This training will focus on you as the leader of your classroom or childcare environment and is geared towards everyone participating in the childcare environment, whatever your specific role. What values drive your daily decisions? Where did these values come from? How can you use them most effectively? Activities will be presented that allow you to better understand your strengths as well as areas of opportunity. We will uncover the differences between technical and adaptive work and how to navigate challenges that arise when working with others who hold differing values and beliefs.
