Training Policies

This training focuses on supporting early childhood professionals in effectively engaging families in conversations about Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and strengthening partnerships that promote children’s social and emotional development. Participants will learn how to define SEL in clear, family-friendly terms and communicate its benefits using practical examples. The training emphasizes collaboration as the foundation of family engagement and highlighted the importance of building strong, two-sided relationships based on trust, shared purpose, consistent communication, and a sense of belonging.
