This training focuses on helping early childhood educators better understand, prevent, and respond to challenging behaviors by viewing behavior as a form of communication rather than misbehavior. Participants explore how children’s behaviors are often rooted in unmet needs, developmental stages, emotions, temperament, environmental factors, and adult expectations.
