Training Policies

After a review of the stages of social-emotional development in children 0-5, this training aims to grow your skills as a calm and confident leader in your classroom. Participants will brainstorm and role play real-life scenarios that are currently happening in their work and apply the steps of calm, confidence and being with feelings in order to strengthen their relationship with challenging children and de-escalate challenging behavior. Videos and scenarios will be used to demonstrate specific interactions and how to best handle them. Come with your most challenging situations in mind!
