Developing Digital Diversity Logo

The Bureau of Labor Statistics states that Science and Engineering occupations will experience an 11% increase in employment through the year 2024 along with a projection of job openings at 30%. This represents a robust environment for attaining sustainable employment which is important to address populations that have historically been disenfranchised. Our 3D Youth program focuses on young African-American young males and exposes them to the STEAM fields via a curriculum that seeks to provide a more in-depth understanding of the STEAM topics than they would achieve by simply performing activities.

3D – Developing Digital Diversity is a youth enrichment program designed to create opportunities for boys to develop skills and knowledge to compete for jobs within a 21st Century workforce. 3D Youth provides STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) – based educational opportunities and promotes team building, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to advance participants’ social and academic success and leadership potential.
