We will spend time together to practice basic mindfulness techniques. We will introduce the breathing exercise, five senses technique, and other simple but helpful tips to practice mindfulness in the daily life. This training is developed for early childhood educators to understand the importance of self-care and to use mindfulness as a tool to take care of their mental health.
